"Although my wife and I had terrible problems getting to the hotel, but it was worth it for the amazing views we had once we got there. We arrived by train at Bubikon, and had hoped there would be a bus that would take us up to the hotel, but they only went half way. A taxi would have been very expensive, but, fortunately a very kind lady offered to drive us up to the hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very kind, happy and helpful, and the food was superb. We only stayed one night but...

The staff were friendly, especially the breakfast staff - we were greeted, seated, and served cappuccino within a minute of arriving each morning. "I loved staying at Alma. I was a bit skeptical at the time of the booking because some reviews and the pictures don’t do justice to this beautiful place at all. The place is clean, well decorated, the room is spacious, the breakfast was top of the line, the staff is friendly, the location is prime.
