I booked this hotel specifically because I knew there would be a microwave. There wasn’t. There was ONE communal microwave a good 5 minute walk to the back of the property and in the laundry room of all places. I was constantly walking back and forth heating my son’s food up...

This is fine in a wilderness retreat where the objective is to get away from it all, but in a suburban setting? What moral message is the owner trying to convey? Lack of this basic amenity spoiled what was otherwise a great experience."
