Very affordable, clean. Perfect for those that just need a place to sleep while they explore the city. Only nitpick was the AC that wasn’t programmable and kept turning on even when it was pretty cool in the room.

The staff at the desk were always very helpful with all my requests from giving me a phone charger to finding reading material and best places to eat. My suggestion would be to have a coffee pot in the room as well as eating utensils for summer travellers. Thanks for making my stay a good experience.

Peak location surrounded by nice restaurants and beaches. The residence is also in a mint condition and very clean. The bathroom is below avg but understandable since it’s a residence. We received one room cleaning service during our 3 night stays. In overall, it was a nice experience staying there

Very nice, clean and quiet accomodation.The building is new and i believe it was the first summer they started accept tourists. The people in reception were extremely helpfull and nice. I was impressed by room conditions, very comfortable. Bed is nice, though double. I was really happy staying there. Will recommend everyone to visit and enjoy Kelowna !

This is a great location the room was clean and everything looked brand new. Even though you have a kitchen they do NOT supply any dishes, pots, pans or cutlery. We were aware so not a surprise to us. Very happy with this location, we will be sure to tell everyone.

Very clean and secure. Great location. It was difficult to coomunucate with thrm as their phone wasnt always working. We shortened our stay and it took several days to get the refund through Expedia. The kitchen doesnt have anything in it. No dishes or pots etc. We would stay here again. Great pricing.

We stayed family suit. we have big family, so we were trying to find big family suit. Suit is quiet large and clean. we had a little problem during stay. And manager handle it very nicely. i gave my opinion to her and she accepted and agreed it and tried to handle the issue. so i was impressed. i recommend this suit for family.

Student residence

Very expensive for a night in a student residence. Careful, this is not an hotel. Nice lady at the check-in. Great mattress. Half shower, no tv. Very clean, no possibility to turn off the AC except unplugging. Very disappointing overall for such a big amount of money, no breakfast, just a coffee vending machine. This is a $100 range. No more.

I found it good because it is all new apartments and decently located. However it is not exactly equipped to be thought of a hotel. There were NO utensils whatsoever in the otherwise nicely equipped kitchen. No coffee maker or anything. That was a big let down. The bed was made with the bottom sheet directly on the mattress insulating cover, no padding. Expect no room service. A pay coffee machine in the lobby is all. Nice common room with a pool table, fussbal and nice hangout sitting.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Pros: - Wonderful staff; very friendly and helpful - Quiet - Clean - Hot water in the shower - Near the beach area Cons: - We couldn’t get the aircon to work (although we also did not ask for any assistance and we could have) - No kitchen items provided (pots/pans/plates/utensils). Knowing the room had a kitchen was a primary reason we booked with this hotel. Also worthy of noting: This building is actually the student dormitory for the local college. This was not apparent when we booked. As such, it makes sense why there aren’t any kitchen items in the room. This information is not in a negative way, I just think it’s helpful for anyone to know who is interested in booking. Luckily, we stayed here during the summer holiday month, so only a couple of students were in the building.

This was by far the worst bed I ever slept, and I’m normally okay even sleeping on the floor. All the bed sheets and cover were polyester which made my wife and I feel extremely hot all night and it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Additionally it’s a central controlled ac and we couldn’t change the temperature at all. Sometimes the room would be 24 and the AC would not turn on, now add the polyester on top of it. Plus, the ac sometimes would turn on and the middle of the night the AC would turn off and make a very loud noise, which for a light sleep like was a nightmare. All the bedding items were probably bought from Amazon, you could see Amazon logos everywhere, the pillow was very uncomfortable, the mattress small, and the windows are very funny… don’t come out of the shower naked because the entire parking lot might see you if you don’t have the curtains down. The good parts: - Very big room, and it’s nice to have the oven and fridge. - Good WiFi - Friendly staff - Safe location and close to everything
