"The shower had not been cleaned when we arrived. The shower had hair and a used soap bar. I booked the two rooms the morning of. The manager would not refund my money because he claims he could have rented the rooms to someone else even the lodge was pretty empty when I was there. I did not stay there."

"Comfortable, rustic cabin. Could use some updating (faucets, etc) but we don't look for fancy. As long as its comfortable and clean, we are happy, and it was those things. We enjoyed our time here, and would stay again."

"The location is spectacular. The staff was friendly. There are no phones in the rooms and no cell service. We did have WiFi. About 2 bars. You have to walk up to the restaurant for ice. The first room has somebody’s ski gear piled in front of the door and none of the outlets in the room worked. They moved us to a different room. Everything worked however the light switch was missing the cover plate."

"It was such a lovely stay in the wagon. Location was great, in the middle of Grand Teton and Yellowstone NP. The cafe right next to it had great food too. Overall, I’d stay here again when I return to this beautiful city!"

"Our stay was the room with patio. Clean and ready at check in . The room has no AC but had a fan and with window open it was very comfortable with end of May weather . It was very quiet and no TV which was great . Staff was very friendly and helpful with quick response times ! We ate at the dinner there and it was good . They have several eating places at the main Lodge."

"Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Selection of breakfast foods was outstanding. Warm cookies brought out in lobby around 5:00 pm Coffee, water and lemonade in lobby. Short walk to town square where all the restaurants and shops are located. We booked an eight hour tour with Teton Wilderness Tours for the Grand Tetons and also a ten hour tour with them for Yellowstone. "Great hotel for being in the Center of town and walk to restaurants shops and activities. Hotel was quiet even with a hub of activity going on so great place to unwind after a long day. A very nice library for guests to relax beautifully furnished with fireplace. "We had a fantastic stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed- including a hair dryer! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. Location is close to Jackson square with all the shopping and restaurants. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Would stay again. Highly recommend."
