We were located on second floor because we were informed the lift not function due to the flood. The water came from the tap was brown. The twins unable to use the pool because the water was contaminated from the flood. Where we located was noisy all night. We can’t sleep. But breakfast great and location superb. "

"The Dynasty Bali Resort is a great place for families on holiday but less appropriate for people wanting a child free environment. The staff are fantastic, rooms are very clean and the breakfasts are fantastic with so much environment. The Resort is well located for shopping with two malls close by. The resort is being refurbished with new paint and alterations and we had to relocate to a new room because of noise but the staff were very receptive to our concern and handled the arrangements extremely well. Our visit coincided with Chinese New Year and the breakfast room was very noisy. The Balinese music played was at a rather loud level, but because of the noise level was rather pointless. As older people we would not choose to stay again at the Dynasty again but would definitely recommend it for families who are well catered fir. "
