"Significant Service Failures - Not What You'd Expect from Marriott I booked multiple rooms to host out-of-town guests for the weekend. What followed was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had in years of global travel as a Marriott Lifetime Gold Elite member. Three significant failures: 1. Repeated key card failures - Guest room keys stopped working multiple times throughout the stay, leaving guests stranded outside their rooms for over an hour each time awaiting resolution....

"There was a huge roach in my room. When I told the front desk they didn’t seem to really mind, but did change my room."

"Great value for the money. The beds were comfortable, plenty of choices on tv, pool was nice and the coffee was great!"

"The room temperature was cool and easy to keep chilled in the summer. The room was clean but suffers from German brown roaches and bigger variants. One of each seen in my week long stay. Best shake your loose items out before packing and keep your hygiene items sealed."

"with the price you pay -you could get a nicer place somewhere else, I just needed to be in that location for my short visit. Staffs were friendly - older building and feels old and some molds in bathroom, carpet was wet and smelly - I did not say nothing since it was a one night stay. Breakfast was decent. Did not use amenities."

"When we came to our room, the room it was a lot of cockroaches. We stayed because I arrived very late that night; if it had been earlier, I would have requested reimbursement, and we would not have spent the third night. I decided to move to another hotel. Bad experience overall"
