"Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. They were attentive to guests’ needs. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Kudos to them. Next time I will stay at rehoboth beach area...

"The location, right on the boardwalk, is excellent. We had two rooms which turned out to be in the annex across the street. That was an issue because I was having some trouble with my foot and preferred being closer to the breakfast, the lobby, etc. In addition both rooms had complete kitchens but no table or chairs. Not even a desk space for a laptop. This makes no sense and I wish there had been a way to know it before booking. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the veranda with the fire pit...

"This stay barely gets an approval… The advertised breakfast and fitness room were in the next door property - so using them was beyond a hassle (so I did not). The room’s door did not have a deadbolt, so I moved the couch in front of it to give some peace of mind. After my first shower (the tub floor was warped and creaky) the water would not turn off - thankfully this was a day time shower and someone was available to fix the problem. "Everyone on staff was delightful - happy and helpful. Always working. The property is very clean, with the exception of an overfilled dumpster from remodeling. Nice hanging hammock chairs right near the bay, some Adirondack chairs (could have used a few more). Close to many options for dining and not too far from the beach. Parking is quite expensive in the area. There's a fridge, coffee maker, a microwave and 2 burner stove. 4 plates, 3 bowls, 1 spoon, no forks, no pans. Small things. ...

"Walk are so thin you can hear the people upstairs and next to you and in the lobby . It was very disrupting."
