"Rooms are terrible. Needs maintenance and renovations. Not a hotel you’ll feel comfortable in. Toilets stopped flushing middle of the night. Had to fix myself. Not a good experience. First time had a bad experience, gave it another try. Second time even worse experience. Done with the Westin, will be looking at other properties for my stay going forward."

"Front desk staff is most excellent. I've worked as a front desk clerk and I know what to expect, so giving this team an excellent is not without professional knowledge. We were a family travelling and had several needs and the staff worked to accommodate all of them. We will always choose this location when needing to be in this area. :)"

"This was a good Embassy Suites. Great staff, clean room and property. The happy hour was really fun. The only downside is they charge $12 for parking. The parking should be included in the price. Otherwise, great stay."

"No notice that they would not come and make the room. They only left coffee for one night and I had to go downstairs for coffee the second morning. A better coffee machine would make the stay better."

"Room was exactly as expected for a 3-star hotel. Everything was decent and definitely worth the money. There are 2 main drawbacks. 1: the ACs in the rooms are LOUD. When it turns on there are 3 LOUD clicks, and then a big crash when it turns off. I could not sleep at all and had to turn the AC off fully on my last night so I could sleep. 2: water bottles are only free for silver members??? Understand coffee and snacks not being free but charging $2.5 for a water bottle is a new level of cheap....
