"We had a very nice stay here. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent and the location was great. It was a 10-15 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants in Malahide. We took the train into Dublin which took around 25 minutes. We were walmly greeted upon arrival and made use of the comfortable sitting area downstairs. The airport was a short drive away but be prepared for traffic and give yourself more time!"

Reception staff set the scene therefore they should greet staff with a smile, be friendly and take some time to run through what’s what. This was missing. I also think that a surcharge of 17 euros for breakfast when paying 135 euros for accommodation is very expensive. I declined and went to the local town where my breakfast cost less than 10 euros"
