"I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay...

"Honestly it looked like it was going out of business. The lobby was very nice and it looks like they maybe remodeling this location. The air conditioner was not good and clearly need maintenance. The room smelled like mold. We changed rooms and the bathroom didn't have broken tile in it but had all the above problems. We only stayed at night the rest of the time at the hospital with our grandson. If I had not already paid for the room up front, we would have moved. Didn’t feel safe...

"I came to Houston very last min due to a family emergency and needed a place to stay close to the hospital I was visiting. I booked online so I hadn’t seen actual location. Indeed it was very close, so I that was a plus. However, I was totally disappointed. The motel is right off the freeway so it’s very loud and you can hear the cars zooming by in the room.
