"Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and pool area were clean and well maintained. The lobby and room were clean. The room was very comfortable. I especially liked that the A/C was running and the room was nice and vool when I walked in!"

"Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. "

"The air conditioning in multiple rooms did not work. It would turn on for 10 minutes then give us an error code. The room stayed at 84 degrees all night and we needed to open the hallway door in the morning to let some air in. "The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. "This hotel feels like a slice of paradise nestled on the canal. The rooms are large, well equipped, and situated so that you can park your car and walk to a nearby establishment, nature stroll (10 min walk in wooded area or longer on canal) the room is clean and breakfast is good. I wish I tipped the staff more. The Cape is so expensive and these people work alot to afford all that life requires. So if your fortunate enough to stay and enjoy free parking, water views, breakfast, please please...

"Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year."

"Did not like the fact that my wife and I were getting ready to go to dinner Saturday evening and some other couple walked into our room because the office gave them a key to our room so we never left for dinner we never left the room again for the night after they walked in and then we seen the same couple come back to get into the room next door that was also already occupied not sure what's going on with the office help"

"Despite all the positive reviews we were not happy by our stay at all. The sheets had stains on them and so did all of the towels. We had to ask for replacements for towels and even one of the two replacements was dirty and had staining. Eerie feeling and not many people stayed there too. Breakfast was just some very old bananas. Wifi did not work in our room at all either. Night stands were also not wiped down and the shower curtain was very much so yellowing and especially dirty at the bottom."
