"We booked this hotel for June 4-8, 2026 and after 1 night stay found our room was heavily infested with bedbugs. My daughter ended up having 38 bites. The receptionist who was working was very kind and helpful. At first the manager was also helpful. He said he would refund us for our stay and we left the hotel after 1 night. Once we returned home I called and the manager refused to refund our entire stay. He said we needed to pay for the night we were there. He also told me I would be banned...

"Hotel was ok but not too comfortable, the bed was small for a queen seemed like a full size. It was on a metal base with no boxspring so not comfortable at all. Had to keep asking for toilet paper cuz they would only leave one at a time. You had to call and make appt for the room to be cleaned but they would not take the trash out had to do it ourselves. Dont think we'll be staying there again."

"nice take on an extended stay style hotel. Room was spacious, nice size fridge in kitchenette, a/c system was quiet, never was short on hot water although there is the usual pressure drop in high use hours. Beds were comfortable but could have used some firmer pillows. Staff was excellent. Wife liked the breakfast options. Paying for parking was a bit annoying when it's on the property and I'm shelling out almost $200/night. The WiFi and printer worked well when I needed to print out some items....

"Room was a bit dated but clean and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast was excellent and first time I’d made my own waffles. I think Super 8 gets a bad rap sometimes but I have absolutely no complaints and I was in close proximity to where I needed to be the next day. I wasn’t concerned about the faint scent of weed from some rooms but other people might have found offensive"

"At check in we noticed an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No extra rolls. Went to front desk and they said someone would be up shortly. They never arrived. Used clenex tissues that night. Next morning advised front desk we had no TP. Was told housekeeping would be right up. No show again. Started walking around looking for housekeeping. Found one lady on our floor. Told her the issue. She wouldn't give me any off her cart. Told me she would run to the supply closet and go...

"The hotel is nice centrally located which was really nice however the staff was not only one time we were greeted at the door and that was the morning that we were checking out after we were there for an entire week. My only complaint would be that our shower dripped the entire time."
