"I arrived at 1 pm. I called great wolf a few days before and they new we would arrive early. I was supposed to get a text when my room was ready. Everyone that checked in at 1 pm, got there room before us. The check in time is 4pm. I had to go to the desk at 440pm to ask when my room would be ready and suddenly it was ready. "Room was very clean and the night staff young ladies were very helpful and a delight. The breakfast was exceptional and the lady keeping the food stock for breakfast was very efficient she did not miss a beat. Would definitely stay there again. Plus is around any and everything"

"It didn't seem like anyone had swept the room because of hair and dirt on the floor, couldn't use the kitchen because there was no pots or pans and I was not buying any. There was less outlets in the room I had compared to other rooms.There was 3 of us in our room and I had to beg for enough towels for the 3 of us. We were there Memorial Day weekend and the pool wasn't open and the front desk lady seemed very mean about it.......she said it opens Memorial weekend, so I asked to verify also...

The overall experience was disappointing from what was advertised. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will definitely not stay at this location again."

"Pictures are very outdated, unexpectedly had to pay fees for early check in after calling the day before to verify. Not enough parking, cleaning staff will open your door even with the dead bolt locked (we were sleeping). Beds were rock hard, tv only had 4 or 5 channels. We will definitely not be staying at this place again. "
