"The room was clean, very outdated. One little cadet heater, piece of plywood with a fan in the bathroom going out a window. Parking right in front of the room. For one night stay in the price it was OK."

"Not equipped for cooking. The guest room they put me in smelled of smoke even though it was nonsmoking. The other room wasn’t much better. It has a musty smell. It looked like it had been clean but it smelled old and gross. "

"The room itself was nice and clean. The view was great and we got a ground floor view. The check in process was a nightmare. I spent at least 45 minutes including having to go all of the way back to sign paperwork they messed up to begin with. The girl “training” the guy who screwed up was not only horribly rude to the guy she was training in front of a room full of customers- she was disrespectful to me and felt inconvenienced by having to answer my question about their screw up. "What a unique stay! Everything is as listed. We did have spotty wifi, and some areas/items could use extra cleaning, but overall we were very happy and would visit again. We’ve stayed in their next-door treehouse (Perch) back when they first opened it up as a rental, so we were very excited to be back! "

"The bathroom floor was covered in long black hair and very dirty. The handle to the room door fell off and we had to wait a long time for someone to fix it in the meantime time the door had to be left open which made the room cold and feeling un safe with homeless people hanging out by the soda machine outside the door. Was woken up at 5:30 with screaming and fighting just outside the room."

"The room was exceptional! We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite (#4 Pacific Heights), and the view was unbelievable. We've paid more for a Fairfield Inn with a view of a parking lot! We will absolutely come back here in different seasons to see the changes in the view. Sitting there with the fireplace going and the sound of the river, watching the sun go down, and the colors change on the mountain was perfection. "First, I’ll say the view was spectacular. No place for clothes or toiletries. Sheets did not fit the bed (bottom sheet stretched out, so bed was “unmade in the middle of the night), intermittent internet. The owner kindly reset the modem, but it was not resolved. Since they tried once I assumed it wouldn’t work a second time. I think they need a booster for cabin 6. Pricing through Expedia was not transparent, not sure it’s the owners fault. "

"Great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. Grounds are lovely. We did notices some ants in the bathroom sink area but it’s that time of year "

"Disappointed that the Pool and Hot tub were closed down for repair. While the breakfast was ok there was nowhere to sit so had to take it back to our room They are remodeling, If I Had known I would have booked another hotel."
