"Room was clean and most staff was friendly. Free breakfast was ok. Had to ask staff to replenish milk, sausage, etc. in order to eat. There were a lot of guests eating at the same time. We would stay here again."

"This hotel is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I was given a room different from what I booked and still charged more. After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. I had to change rooms, and the replacement room was barely functional. The worst part: after checkout, I left three bags at reception to collect later, and two were stolen. The staff and management showed zero responsibility or urgency. No one...

"It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!"

"Estancia pasajera con utilidades básicas. La habitación necesita remodelación. Desayuno básico. Olor en la habitación no agradable. "

"I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache."

"First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not...

"The room had roaches and the heater did not work no trash can "

"The trash cans were over flowing all over the ground, there were stray cats everywhere. The grass area is not pet friendly and had glass in it. The room had duct tape holding the floor together, rust all over the shower, brown stains in the toilet. Thin sheet for the bed, and one pillow on a full size bed. The vending machines were sold out. The staff was friendly, the fridge and freezer were ice cold. "

"The fridge in my room was stained like it had not been cleaned well or for a long time. The bathroom vent was very dusty and very loud. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls were thin as well. I heard the neighbors' whole conversation the night I stood there. "

"Nice large clean room Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast variety. Good value. Located near highway exit so there was typicall highway noise. Only thing that was a bit concerning is that there were several young guys hanging in the parking lot most of the timr when we went to our car. "
