"Nice location and facilities, 5 minutes walk to the beach. We had a two bedroom villa facing the marina. The bed was very comfortable, the place was quiet. It was well equipped with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The resort is older, but well maintained. There are stairs in the units that could be problematic for people with mobility issues. Prior to our visit, we had read several reviews complaining about the parking. Parking was not an issue for us, it is just a couple of minutes from the units and reception area. The resort has two nice pools with loungers for guests to enjoy."

"The daytime bar staff at the pool area by our room #12 was amazing and very knowledgeable. I love Kayla and her partner they had us laughing and gave us some ideas on things to do on our trip."

"Apartment has a great view and location is perfect, easy access to pools, beach and restaurants. How ever apartment is very outdated, curtains are dry rotted, kitchen top broken, appliances very old, and bed mattress is awful."

"The team from Expedia should really go see this place before offering it to the Expedia customers. We depend on you and trust that you have done your part before booking your clients. The place is semi abandoned with two out of the four buildings boarded up and broken windows and the place really needs a good cleaning and painting,new roof, power washing exterior and so on. Shame on you Expedia for having this property on your listing 😞😡"

"We had a mixed experience at this property. On the plus side, it was clean, convenient, and offered breathtaking views. The private pool and sufficient furnishings were also a bonus. Palmas del Mar is a stunning island destination, and we felt lucky to have visited. However, there were some drawbacks. The listing incorrectly stated that the bed was King-size, when in fact it was a Queen. This was a significant issue for us, given my spouse's height of 6'4". Additionally, noisy resident neighbors disrupted our mornings, waking us up before sunrise. While not deal-breakers, other issues like peeling paint, cracked walls, a tricky sliding door, and a finicky door lock were minor annoyances that took away from our overall stay."
