"La propiedad es totalmente descuidada la habitación no fue lo que había reservado , estaba en un estado deplorable el piso craqueado el baño no había toallas supuestamente tenía una bonita vista al rio ya solo se veía una área descuidada nada que ver con las fotografías que enseña expedía en conclusión al final decidimos no quedarnos ahí por qué el lugar era totalmente desagradable.y por supuesto se negaron a devolver lo que se había pagado , así que para nada recomiendo ese lugar."

"Room was clean. Shower head far too low, unless you're 5'6". Jacuzzi was terrible, one jet working and it was warm not hot. Otherwise stay was good. Nice that they repaved the parking lot since last year. "

"I was told by the front desk staff that the room should be quiet as I asked for but instead the room is facing highway and is very noisy even in the midnight through 3am the next morning, l lost several hours sleep for the night stay. In addition the shower water is too strong and is not adjustable as needed."

"Do not stay here. They charged my credit card $118 fraudulently even though I paid for my stay through Expedia. Then when I called about the charge they said they lied and said they didn’t charge my card and that they didn’t have the card details so they couldn’t have, even though I gave them my card for the deposit. I had to call them 7 times and they kept lying. Eventually after threatening to report them to the police they admitted they charged the card and said they would refund it....

"Park structure next to entrance. Staff great. Wish vending machine on my floor, and refrigerator as normal stays here. Room 896, last in corridor for Handicapped person."

"Floor was so disgusting. My feet was black from walking around with no shoes. Floor had not been swept or mopped, I swear in months. The corner behind the bathroom door was so bad I would not recommend this place at all. Should have ask for my money back "
