"Staff were friendly, always smiling, informative and very welcoming. Rooms was very clean and private pool with jacuzzi feature was absolutely fantastic. There was a choice of restaurants and buffet had a wide selection of fresh, delicious variety of food to choose. Entertainment was great. Bus stop short distance to The Harbour. Complimentary room was offered and greatly appreciated for us to use before our transfer to the airport. Would visit again and all the family would highly recommend...

"For perspective this was our fourth trip here stretching back 15 years. Our two bed apartment in Apollo Heights was fantastic. Large, spacious with a good balcony and view. "The room was clean and they have refurbished. The AC however has not been update. We had to call maintenance out as the room was not cooling. They came and adjusted but still not cold. Was advised that the hotel set the temperature and cannot be taken cooler. Lovely choice of breakfast and everything fresh. Overall outdoor spaces were clean. Adult pool is not a thing. Full of children and staff not doing anything. So not a peaceful setting at all. We checked out a night early and went to stay...
