The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. My wife and I live in Connecticut. This is our go-to hotel when we have to attend a function in Manhattan (rather than driving back). It is superb and has excellent suites at reasonable prices.
