"The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. My complaint was that our room was not cleaned on one of the days even after I tipped the housekeeper. The next day I went to the front desk and they did call to get our room cleaned. But even then they only put clean towels and made the bed. No coffee or cups. The ice machine was also not working during or visit. However, there was another one on the first floor so no big deal. The morning breakfast was very good and the staff willing to get you what you wanted. Overall a very good stay and if I needed to go back I would in fact stay there."
