"The hotel is very well located if you are going to be at the KiCC or anything in the near CBD. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, especially Carol at the front desk. The hotel has 3 restaurants so you are sorted for meals. Great place, I highly recommend it."

"Horrible place. Restaurant charges 2-5 times more than outside prices. Despite this, I decided to eat there exclusively to avoid getting sick. Got horrible food poisoning on the second day anyways. Air conditioning was extremely noisy and kept me up all night. Room was somehow dirtier after cleaning then before. Came back the second day to dirt and glass all over my bed cover. Called housekeeping to correct and they never came. Finally ended up finding a vacuum cleaner and cleaning...

"Staff was very courteous and helpful. 10/10 there. However, the hotel is situated next to a mosque. So, the noise of all the broadcasts was unbearable. And it was ramadan, so the noise was even more frequent than usual. Had to change my hotel within minutes. If you’re muslim, perhaps this would fit in with your travel plans. I’m not, though, so it was an unfortunate incident for me."

"My arrival got off to a complicated start, at reception my reservation and room weren't checked and I was given the key to a budget room, I declined that and was shown another room which was budget with a TV, which I said this isn't the room I've prepaid for, the hotel staff didn't seem to believe I'd booked a executive pool view room until I showed them my booking and receipt that I'd prepaid, I was eventually given the right room with the intervention of a staff member Joyce because I told her...

"My housekeeper Lucy, waiter Peter, The gym trainers and the massage youngman were excellent. They made my stay wonderful. The building and room can be updated.The bathroom flooded eveytime l showered. I needed extra towel to wipe the floor everytime. The menu in the resturant should have more selection. Entertaintment is solely needed. The issue of paying with a card continually was promblematic."
