"Hot water was erratic. It was impossible to take a proper shower, since water temperature was going back and forth from luke warm to cold. "Nice room with balcony and well insulated from the street noise. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was always fresh and delicious. The staff makes excellent tea and coffee in the lobby for you. Very friendly and helpful staff, they took very good care of us and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. There are also many places to get food nearby, and Kanyon mall is a short walk worth visiting and has access to the metro."
