"Sheraton is a great hotel. Very convenient location with a quick access to metro/subway. Clean, spacious and soundproof rooms, wonderful breakfasts, very friendly and accommodating stuff. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is that I have to contact them afterwards about the charge - they require deposit of 100 USD per room, and after 2 days after departure it is still charged to my credit card. Also, the swimming pool requires a swim cup, and it is quite cool water, while the hot tub...

"Genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldığımız bir 2 gün geçirdik. Sunulan imkanlar oldukça yeterli ve yerindeydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yaşadığımız ihtiyaçlar noktasında hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptılar. Bir dahakine daha uzun bir konaklama planlayacağımızdan şüphemiz yok. Not: Çok mühim olmamakla birlikte mümkünse el sabunu kokusunu daha farklı bir koku ile değiştirebilirsiniz :)))"

"Everything but parking was excellent. Vale is 600 TL and bit more expensive than other places, but that’s fine. The real issue I had was. The hotel garage parking is also 600 a day. "Nice hotel. Newer build. Small rooms. Literally just enough space to sleep in the room. Hotel located right beside huge transport hub and financial district. But far enough to not to hear this transport chaos noises. Room is clean plenty of towels and toiletry. Bed mattress and pillows' are too firm for us. Breakfast is average, nothing special. I am recommend this hotel, but not for the people who came to explore the Istanbul. "
