"Elevator was out during our stay. We were on the 4th floor and they were unable to move us lower. Dirty towels in bathroom cabinet. No beds for the pullout couch. Parking and location convenient. Room felt clean outside if towel situation. Suite style room offered privacy and worked for the 4 of us."

"Clean room but small space and very dated. If you don’t need stove and a full size refrigerator, which occupy too much space in the room, look elsewhere. Low ceiling makes the room look pretty cramped. Not worth my $200. Below average breakfast. Only good thing there was front desk staff and special shout out to Miriam. Thank you for being so nice. "

"We arrived to a room that was very minimal. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water and a refrigerator. I immediately made tea, a non caffeinated tea. We felt like the comforter and sheet wasn’t enough but turned up the temp. There were 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels and one of the bottles of product had fallen off the wall and was on the shower hand rail, there were no shelves in the shower for a razor or products. "First I want to say thank you to the front desk associate Clara for being so kind and helpful to me and my mom while we stayed there yesterday. She went out of her way to accommodate us and recommended some fun places to go. Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool. "

It was a room with a queen bed, no skirt around the bed, the one chair in the room was dirty, the padding had big stains on it. I immediately went down to the front desk to show them my receipt.
