Lovely view of sea from room and if not then only ten paces and at sea wall so you can hear it and feel near it. Not much going on in town but just very calm and quaint and authentic so not over touristy, which is perfect. Ideal base for exploring region."

"Beautiful Victorian 76 room property in a quiet and peaceful location in Forres. I assume the property is to be developed into a luxury hotel eventually but at the moment you can stay in it as it is. Clean, comfortable and excellent value."
