"I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have had four different rooms which are all different and have their own charm. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it is nice to have a restaurant and bar downstairs that closes at 10pm so it is not noisy at night either. My only complaints though, are it doesn't look like anyone has washed and of the windows of the entire establishment in over a year, they really need cleaned. "Our stay started with a 15 minute wait for someone to show up to the front desk. Immediately upon dropping our luggage in the room, a panel fell off the wall exposing cords and wires. We couldn't get it back on. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower weren't working so I had to pry them off the wall to get them to work. "Outdated hotel. Jacuzzi was not functioning properly, even though the lady at the front desk told me it was, and we argued about that a little bit, and then I just walked away. The water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the Jets were not functioning much at all. I was told before we even got to the hotel that everything was functioning as it should be, and that was not the truth.
