"Our room was never cleaned and after we asked the lady that came to clean it had so much attitude and only took out the trash and left . "

"Outdated and bugs big enough to carry a toddler away. Would not recommend. Front desk clerk kept saying this wasn’t her property that she was just helping out. Was lied about a $100 card hold for incidentals instead it was $120 card hold. Left within a few hours of check in. "

"We recently stayed at this property and were very disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service. Upon check-in, we were informed that rooms would be cleaned every other day. However, throughout our entire stay, our room was never serviced once. We had to repeatedly request basic necessities like fresh towels and clean sheets for the sleeper sofa, which became frustrating very quickly. Despite being told what to expect, those expectations were not met at all. Additionally, we requested to speak with management on two separate occasions and never received any follow-up. That lack of response only added to our frustration and made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously. The hotel itself is in a great location and has a lot of potential, but the lack of follow-through on something as standard as housekeeping—and the absence of communication from management—significantly impacted our experience. Consistency and accountability are key in hospitality, and unfortunately, both were lacking during our stay. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements so future guests don’t have a similar experience."

"The location of property is everything of course it’s access to the beach but it definitely needs some upgrading for sure! My shower head thing was coming down the ceiling was puffy as if maybe there’s some leakage issues and parking! Yeah be ready to park in the overflow parking which is across the street "

"Lynn who’s the lady who helped me book my reservation was amazing, she’s the reason my children enjoyed their spring break. I would say the resort in itself can use so cleanliness all around especially with the indoor pool . The rooms can use an update as well including new carpet and curtains . The view is amazing 🤗"

"Under construction, was not told before arrival , shower curtain rod falling off, air conditioning was rusted and did not cool ,TV did not work , no coffee pot in room , I had my wife and 3 grandkids and had to go through construction area to get to room , elevator area and elevator were filthy. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a motel . Sorry will not be back. Oh yea, went to front desk to get 2 extra towels and they DID NOT have any towels , plus served breakfast in dusty dirty under construction area. Very unhappy Papa that was trying to give his family a good time in PCB at air show."
