The check-in process was easy, and the instructions were very clear. Even though there was no front desk staff on site, we had no trouble checking in. "The whole property is run down and not kept properly. The carpets are old and smelly. There’s an old tobacco smell. When we went to the room assigned to us our allergies started acting up and there was no safety lock in the room. It looked like it had been removed.
