"Good breakfast bar—better than most An issue that affected my overall rating: I accidentally left my hearing aid charger in the room. We called to have it mailed. The desk clerk expressed little interest or concern for this request, and it has not been sent. This item is of no value to anyone else, but it will cost me $270.00 to replace it. I am disappointed that the staff didn’t take the time to locate and mail this charger to me."

"The pool was a mess and the buildings surrounding the pool need to be torn down. They offer no early check in (even though we were told they would allow one, along with a late check out, for a fee.) Their late check out did not exist either, as we were told they normnally allow it, but all of the early check outs were already claimed for the day. So when they say 10am check out , they mean it. "The Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix is a nice hotel. No compaints except that they charge for parking. I hate hotels that charge for parking. Just another fee that Expedia did not include or diclose. I might have chosen a different hotel if I knew that an additional $10 per night would be added onto my stay."

"We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else."

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"The view was beautiful. Although it was hot out there, the pool and the room kept me cool. The room was clean. Idk, this was my 2nd time there and I wasn't disappointed. "

We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness...

"The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating.
