"I booked a lower level desk style room for my son and booked a duplex (or loft-style) room for my daughter and me by the exactly picture in the booking Expedia. Unfortunately, no one room is same . All the normal room. How disappointed they are and me!"

"I’m not going to take a star away bc of this, I dont think it is objective for what I am rating, but know that you’re not allowed to speak “at all” after 10:00pm I’m not sure how this is possible because it’s a freaking hostel. While you should be respectful people are coming and going! Someone checked into our room past 10 and they were trying to figure the room situation out (we were literally whispering) and some homeless man in our room didn’t want us speaking at all. "The staff were so kind and helpful. Spa amenities were fantastic after a few days of site seeing. We stayed in one evening having dinner and drinks in the bowling alley so much fun. The views are breathtaking. We had a fabulous stay!"

"I liked my stay at this serviced apartment. The apt sits in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It is not located at the very center but is near the Leimbach train station where you can take S4 to the central station. It has a small kitchen which is good enough. The room is clean and well furnished. The staff is helpful. It is better to communicate with them beforehand on WhatsApp."

"Very comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Had a very long overnight trip from US & arrived in the early am to Zurich. Checked us in early so we could shower and rest a bit, before exploring. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent hotel, helpful friendly staff, great location. Tip, ask for a room/suite facing courtyard as exterior rooms can experience excessive traffic noise. Breakfast buffet is okay however not the best for a 5* deluxe property, limited selection, buffet pastry items not replenished."
