"Breakfast had many options. Check-in staff were very prompt, no more than one person in line and a second staff member promptly assisted. Airport shuttle service was great! All of these services 5 stars! 4 stars overall as the room didn’t have blackout curtains. Bright outdoor lights, rail transportation behind hotel, etc. with only sheer curtains covering the window. Everything inside the room was perfectly visible throughout the night, soft glow as if a total area night light was in use. Not noisy, still had privacy, but just wasn’t dark. Unusual for us so not the best sleeping experience. "

"The room was clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. Free parking. There is a pool, but is was closed for the season, but it looked very inviting. Unfortunately, free breakfast doesn't start until May 1st (don't know why), so cannot rate that. My only complaint was that, when I arrived, they could not find my reservation, which I made through Expedia. It took nearly an hour and a half for them to sort out the problem, but they eventually resolved the issue and let me in. Since I showed them my confirmation number, it would have been better customer service if they had simply given me the room and sorted out the Expedia problem on their own time."

"The carpet in the room was so old and nasty we didn't walk barefoot on it.The parking is bad. They allow for paid outside parking which takes up a lot of the spaces and they also had big box trucks stored in the parking lot so not very many spaces for guests to park. "

"This hotel was great because of the staff. We came early and wasn’t too worried if we couldn’t check in early. They let us anyway. They were always friendly and the ladies were sweet. The cleaning staff was helpful and nice. The elevator got stuck between floors for a second but it wasn’t bad. Very close to anything you could want around the area. Parking felt safe and secure. Breakfast was just small cold items but worth it. Cereal, toast and fruit. Perfect for what we wanted. Coffee was really good. "

"The listing you list isnt the price at, theres more hidden charges, like pet fees. Thats 20 dollars a day. A day. Maid service, none. You listed tax and fees included, thats wrong. Staff, are not friendly, and here to get as much money as possible. Wifi, shotty. Wont program on the 15 inch flat screen. Wasnt able to pay for extra days with my card, had to go and get cash. "
