"I was here for 6 nights, as I was in Hamilton for the Juno Awards. The thing I didn't like was that we had to phone the hotel to let us inside the front door, as it was locked at ALL TIMES. Sometimes, there will be someone at the front counter and they would see us and let us in.
The room was ok. Nice and comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. They had NO towels, and they take a while to give you towels. Plus, my toilet doesn't work properly sometimes. It needs to be fully repaired. There was NO maid or cleaning service, so I had a lot of garbage piling up by the end of my stay. They also take a while to get you new toilet paper as well.
There's no food to eat in the hotel and there's no vending machines either! However, the only place to eat nearby is the Tim Hortons which is a 5min walk from the hotel.
Overall, it was an OK stay. The staff were nice and did the best they could."
"The elevators werent working and it sucked getting up to my room after waiting forever to realize I didn’t have a microwave. I was also freezing because they only give you sheets. "
"Great stay overall! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the free on-site parking and reliable Wi-Fi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, which made things very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The location is also a plus—close to walking trails and plenty of amenities. I would definitely stay here again!"
"From desk was great. Keys for the rooms were not available. Desk clerk had to let us into the room all the time. Had been that way for 2 weeks. Bathroom sink tap was broken"
