"Spacious 2-bedroom suite and a good location for UBC campus events. However, there was no AC, only two fans, so I wouldn’t recommend it for summer stays. Breakfast was disappointing. Both the juice and coffee tasted watered down, and I only had one piece of toast."

"Wonderful to have a suite with a full kitchen for our stay on campus. We had everything we needed including reserved (paid) parking nearby. The staff at the registration desk are sincere in their efforts to help but very busy at times and perhaps lacking somewhat in experience, as things that would normally be handled easily by hotel front desk staff (e.g., key cards that don't work) take longer to resolve than they should. Would still recommend, especially if you have a reason to stay on campus...

"Very difficult check in when booking staff in to the hotel. Paperwork back and forth, no clear direction from staff as to what they needed. Sent the wrong form, forgot to ask for part of the info they needed. Not convenient at all, not what we usually get from Expedia"

"The restaurant was closed due to water damage and was under repair. The location is great. The room is spacious and very clean. It has a modern decor. The lighting is good. The curtains and the blackout shades are on remote control. The staff is very helpful. It avoids the noise, but it’s close to all the action. It is in a safe area."
