"Couldn’t get into the place. Booked after 10pm and messaged as per instructions toons. Message was ignored. Booked a new room and was refused refund. There was no way to get in. Terrible experience."

"La struttura è molto bella, ristrutturata, con mura molto profonde che garantiscono temperatura costante. Presente macchina del caffè in camera ma non le cialde ( nespresso o compatibili) ( ma si posso acquistare). Check-in da remoto, comodo e ed efficiente. Colazione da ordinare che arriva in struttura , calda e buonissima. Lo consiglio. Vicino bar, pizzeria e negozio Panzerotti (waow)."

"This historic 'cave' room is very comfortable and fun. It's within the driving limited part of the town, but is just steps away from plenty of parking. The bed is very comfortable, the heating works great, hot water takes awhile but comes on. The Relais di Marchese is billed as a B&B but when I asked about breakfast they said there wasn't any. I was invited to have a coffee and croissant at the cafe down the street. highly recommended "

All personal are very welcoming and placed a very positive deposition (very entertaining as well), The breakfast buffet is elaborate and the accommodation is superb. The spa facilities are fantastic.
