"We were initially greeted by a woman at the front office who seemed bothered that we were there to check in. The room was cute and nice. Ocean view great! The bathroom & shower was tiny and difficult. The toilet had dried pee at the bottom by the bolts & did not look like it had been properly cleaned in quite some time. This made the whole room smell like pee. We were given a maximum of 2 towels for 2 guests, so no towel if you wash your hair. The towels were barely big enough to wrap around you...

"Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed."

"This place needs an overhaul in every way imho. Avoid cabin 14, shared entryway with another unit. Only 'sink' is in the bathroom, and it needs an update. Odd layout, wi-fi is shaky. Every morning about 630 off to Dunkin' donuts half mile away after I Walk right by the main bar area with a big coffee maker sittin there not on yet. 'Hostess' real sweet, tries hard but no habla ingles. Website did not say a room coffeemaker was included so we did not bring our own. The mirror is not above the...

"There is an outdoor pool, no breakfast but a diner across the street and coffee in the room. I wouldn't call this a resort more like a motel. You enter your room from the outside with a key old school way. My room was updated and clean."

"I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every area of the hotel was well-maintained and beautifully presented. Overall, everything about this place was outstanding. I would highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back."

"This was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at in the Keys. The breakfasts were great for traveling with kids and saved us at least $50/60 per day. We didn’t expect there to be food available in the afternoons and evenings, but it came in clutch when tired kids didn’t want to sit at a restaurant after a day at the pool. The chicken fingers were so good, that’s all they wanted to eat the whole trip! The entire property was very clean and well maintained. We will be back!"

"Overall a great resort. The WIFI in our condo was down for 2 days…not a big deal overall, but at a nice resort I would have expected them to fix it sooner. I would definitely stay there again."
