" I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Dallas. We walked in without a reservation and were given a room right away, but the condition was unacceptable. "The room was Beautiful with a modern flair! The hotel was top tier and a great price for 3 nights! The staff was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Room was huge and amazing ! Shower was grand and hot and relaxing! Bed was so soft and comfy! Bar excellent and breakfast was fancy and tasty! My husband loved our stay here I loved our stay as well!
