"This older property is well maintained and has plenty to offer for a value price. Excellent location, clean & quiet, friendly front desk staff. "The location is excellent, in downtown and walkable to everywhere, especially the river park. The room we had was excellent, very modern, floor to ceiling windows, kitchen, separate for TV viewing, dining table for working on a PC(if needed). Valet parking is pricey, but free and cheap parking is available within a couple blocks. Staff was excellent and would bend over backwards to accommodate."

"The front desk staff is great. They helped make sure we had a safe, comfortable, and afforable place to stay when our plans changed. The room was clean and comfortable. It is no frills, but gets the job done. The area around the hotel is kind of depressed. The biggest issue is the proximity to the train tracks. We heard train horns all night. Not the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of. "
