"Stayed for 12 nights for work, and I don’t think I could have stayed at a better place. I can’t imagine being at a regular hotel where I stay 12 days with only a standard bed and bathroom. Having your own kitchen and living room makes all the difference when you’re staying longer term. A small minor things that I think would’ve made it even better is - having better blinds and sound cancelling for the hallway/street traffic. "We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at The Swiss Hotel. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. It was a smaller room, but perfect for my husband and I. The location is convenient, as it is right off Rideau St. The area can be a little rough, but the immediate area around the hotel was clean and felt safe at all hours of the day. We also loved the Nespresso machine. Great stay, and the owner and her son was the sweetest! So friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for your next...

"There was renovation going on so at times it was noisy. We were given a 10 dollar breakfast coupon I believe to compensate? The view was spectacular and it was nice shopping in the Rideau Centre."

"Arlo had just reopened under Best Western when we stayed. We were in town for a funeral but we were also walking distance to Winterlude, the canal and any other amenity or activity we could want. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite at their suggestion, the gracious hotel manager even took our bags up to our room with us. Rooms are well appointed, stylish, clean. Huge games room in the basement that we didn’t use but checked out. Would definitely come back with our kids. Grab and go...
