The staff at main hotel were superb and nothing too much trouble. "Book three nights . Arrived early and Kyra did her best for early check in. Room was reasonable size with a large terrace . Location is close to old town few steps away. No breakfast served but cafe near to hotel is good for coffee latte and Croissants."

"Our room was beautiful with an amazing ceiling and lovely bathroom. We really enjoyed the special coffee machine in the common area as well as the little treats provided in that area. We also greatly appreciated having the filtered water station and that it also dispensed sparkling water was a lovely surprise. Aside from the amenities, we found the location convenient to exploring Verona. All in all, a wonderful stay."
