"Great location right by the beach and close to restaurants etc. Room very cold (air con off) and noisy because of conditioning/industrial units outside our window which faced towards the town. Quite expensive for a fairly basic room and bathroom but I think price was inflated as coincided with Bears week and Catalan bank holiday."

They have multiple swimming pools, spa , the View of the sea and hills is perfect combo. Food is excellent.
Staff is brilliant and helpful. Speak fluent English.

"Beautiful venue. Garden room with lovely view of mountains. Pool good size and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Outdoor bar served the best Reuben sandwich! Was there for a wedding. Not close to any other food venues or town.

Rooms are very close with no sound insulation, had lots of noise from neighbours when trying to sleep. Had to go buy earplugs.
There also was a festival I didnt know was going on what i thought was going to be a relaxing stay turned out not to be so relaxing in the evening lol. Not the hotels fault but DJs playing until 330am didnt help sleep."
"We have stayed here many times so we clearly love the place - the location (ideal for Balmins and also for the town centre) the rooms, the hearty breakfasts, the staff you see and interact with and those hard working people we never see who keep the place so clean and tidy."
"Solid experience - Hotel is in a great location and it is VERY comfortable. Maid service was great. Staff super friendly. The location is noise but expected given that you are in the middle of everything. I recommend it and I would stay there again."
"The hotel is around a 20min walk from the centre of Sitges. Its a lovely hotel but is mainly a conference hotel so lacks some of the atmosphere of other hotels and services are aimed at conference attendees so sometimes feels like normal holiday makers are forgotten about. Breakfast is expensive for your standard buffet breakfast but was nice.
Overall I would recommend but be aware of location outside the centre and that the focus is on conferences."
"This is an interesting hotel. It’s very clean, well maintained and everything it provides is to the highest standard. I loved the BMW motorbike collection in reception and scattered at various points throughout the hotel. I’m not sure what the association is with C-3PO from Star Wars, if there is one, but he’s there also and it worked for me.
There isn’t much storage in the rooms and I prefer larger hotel rooms and a fridge or complimentary water would have been great but I guess it’s a price...
