"Very pleasant overnight stay. Friendly staff when signing in. Looks like it has been recently renovated. Nice comfy bed, Kettle, toaster, small fridge, microwave and cutlery, cups, plates and glasses etc. Toilet and shower compact and spotless. Large TV, fan, chair and desk. Back doors open to reveal a couple of chairs overlooking lawn. Nice to have a coffee outside. Short walk opposite to meals area and bar. A little bit of noise from the bottle shop in the morning but to be expected. Parking...

"We had a wonderful stay and found the room spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The views over the beautiful gardens were lovely, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the large bath was a real highlight. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The car parking spaces were a little narrow, and while the furnishings were of good quality, some of the laminate finishes looked slightly less premium than expected for an expensive hotel room. "I stayed for three nights in room 46. It was extremely disappointing. The room looked shabby and badly needed an update. The weather was cold and wet but there were no spare blankets available in the cupboards. No washing up liquid was provided for guests to wash their dishes. No side plates available. The bathroom was very poorly maintained. Both the the bath and the washbasin were badly stained and cracked and looked dirty. The wash basin in particular needs replacing. The towels did not look...
