Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help. "Above and beyond expextations. The only “complaint” that I have has nothing to do with the house nor the landlord, and it is the price difference between what is advertised and the final price. Luckily, There were a city occupancy tax posted on the fridge that explained my concerned. As far as the house and landlord, all perfect."
