"Our stay was fine. But because of the price, we had higher expectations. We could have stayed in another nearby resort with similar reviews at half the price and were kind of wishing we had-though we didn’t see those resorts for ourselves. We had an ocean view room that was roomy. The bed comfortable and AC worked great. The bathroom-large and clean. But even with plenty of space, there is no place to put toiletries or hang wet things. "This was a staycation for my husband and me, and after returning from an amazing holiday in Vietnam, we thought we’d try this fairly new hotel. While Newport Hotel is clean, quiet, and fairly nice, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We truly appreciated the attentive staff and the peaceful, somewhat secluded location just off the main road. Unfortunately, the food was another story. My tuna salad, spring rolls, and fries were edible but definitely subpar. There were several...
