"The best part of the hotel is its proximity to the airport, walkable distance using the underground passage, very convenient. Be aware that there are no free shuttle, not suitable for people with limited mobility as its a long walk to the terminals. Hotel room was in a poor condition: dusty nightstand, floor did not look like it was fully vacuumed as we found things on the floor as we walked in. No refrigerator in the room. The bathroom size is small (not comfortable at all for average and above average person). Plus, the bathroom was not flushing well and needed 3-4 times to be fully flushed after each use. The worst part was the mattress on the bed. It was very soft and felt like you were on a water bed, without any back support. We only got one pillow each. Some staff were friendly and some were not. "

"Excellent hotel just a 10 minute stroll from the Old Town. We stayed in a comfort room which was spotless clean with a wonderful rainfall shower and good size bathroom. Decor is quirky but very stylish. Stayed 3 nights which was plenty of time to see the city. Breakfast buffet had great choices and hotel staff were attentive. Would recommend as a great place to stay. "

"I really like short distance to local tube and buses! Check in with Emanuel was easy , happy chat and useful info about area and city. Room decor is perfect and room size. I was surprised how good the breakfast was. Bar tender is a happy guy and polite , served good pint ! Hotel spot on and worth reconsidering!"
