"There was no hot water in our stay at the tail end of winter. The electricity went out at 2 am. The property was amazing but if you’re staying to be close to downtown this property is 20 mins away by car. In the summer our issues may not be as critical but in 50 degree weather it was an ordeal to shower with ice cold water. "Fantastic place right across the beach. Newly renovated and decorated in marine themes with lots of taste, combining faultlessly with the beach view accross the road. Great variety of restaurants open till late within easy walking distance. Easy parking and good breakfast with great coffee provided to your liking. Giancarlo and Carolina were both fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We hope to be back on our next visit to Sicilia!"

"The property was fabulous - and the staff even better! They were very helpful with directions and suggestions. We visited mid-October so didn't spend any time in the pool but did a quick, cool dip! It was very nice and we would have liked to have spent more time there. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. We'd go back for sure!"

"Front desk staff was responsive. Restaurant food just ok. Pool area/garden and outdoor dining area nice. Approach from an industrialized setting in the modern (not old) Modica). Beds and pillows too hard. A/C never got cool enough on a hot (94F day). Needs better maintenance, dead plants on our balcony, carpet sometimes threadbare, some walls in our room needed painting,"

"This was a great property with lovely rooms, nice staff, good restaurant. Location is ok if you have a car. Great parking with either outside or underground for a small fee. Not close to town so you need a car or transportation to get to town. Not really a walkable location to see anything. But overall a great place to stay while visiting this area. "

"Staff were helpful, room was clean and comfy- highlight was our own terrace with hot tub- the view is jaw dropping, especially at night! Breakfast was good and they provide small bowls of snacks if you order from the bar- this was nice while lounging at the pool. Lots of free parking on the street. "Reasonably modern hotel in the centre of Modica with easy pedestrian access to all the sights. Simple check, clean and comfortable room, on site (across the road) secure overnight parking, decent swimming pool, nice breakfast. Everything was just as it should be."
