"We stayed in off season. When we arrived at 4 pm, nobody was there. Another guest let us know the keys were just behind a flower box. Got in, lovely room, clean, with plenty of amenities. Good water pressure. My only wish would be that they provide wash cloths, as well as towel racks or some form of hanging and drying our towels. There not a single hook or rack in the entire room. The rooms were clean but definitely not 4 star, the bed was very hard so not the best nights sleep. The location was great for sightseeing around Northumberland."
