"We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in october. the location is central, close to Ortigia ( the old part of the town). We missed some details in this aparthment. Just 2 toalett rolls for a 4 night stay of 2 person, no kitchen paper or kitchen towel. The idea is that when you have a kitchen you can at least fix a salad; but there was not even salt and peper in the kitchen. The apartment has a really big balcony with nice view but funiture is not the comfortable to stay some time there,...

"Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa.
