"Big mould by the bathroom mirror. Walls cracking and Peeling off. No cleaning supplies to wash the dishes which are oily/dusty/chipped. Under the bed and sofa is really dirty Like it has not Been cleaned for months. All doors are hard to open. No microwave,salt,pepper or anything,you need to Buy everything. Beds are really springy,not comfortable at all."

"This property is GORGEOUS and in the right are: not too in the thick of tourism, but not completely out of it. My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. Before arriving they couldn’t let us know if we could check-in early, but once we arrived, they provided the worst directions to their office to store our luggage. We literally had to...

"La stanza sapeva di muffa, molto rumorosa soprattutto al mattino si sentiva chi scaricava in strada dalle ore 6 come se fosse dentro l’appartamento. La finestra non era minimamente isolata o oltre ai rumori Entrava la luce del lampione della strada ma non c’era la possibilità di oscurare. La televisione non funziona e il soffione della doccia era arrugginito. Consegna delle chiavi in ritardo di 15 minuti rispetto all’appuntamento previsto. "
