"La ubicación del hotel es excelente, las habitaciones en este caso me tocó una en el tercer piso y comparando con la última vez que visitamos Carmel es mucho menos ruido, las camas son cómodas pero creo que podían mejorarse, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien desafortunadamente y no tiene una cerradura, la limpieza de la habitación normal con algunos detalles y en general los pasillos se ve que le falta mantenimiento pero no algo grave, es un buen lugar con valor precio pero necesita mejora."

"We missed the first night of our stay. Although I emailed in advance to let them know, they cancelled our booking. This created a delay at check-in and we ended up with pretty naff rooms. These had no windows facing the outside world but instead had windows overlooking the lobby which was pretty noisy late into the evening and early in the morning. Natural light is always nice to have. It's a very big hotel with kids running around everywhere so not ideal if you're planning a romantic getaway. Quite a trek from the car park and not step-free so lugging cases was a bit of a pain. All very clean though and comfortable beds."

"We had such a wonderful stay at The Quail Lodge & Golf Club. The property is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, well-maintained, and surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. We especially loved how quiet everything was — it really allowed us to unwind after long days exploring Carmel, 17-Mile Drive, and Big Sur. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make our stay more enjoyable. The location is also a huge plus — close enough to everything, yet tucked away from the crowds. Overall, this place has such a calm and upscale vibe without feeling too formal. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay in the Carmel area!"
