"There was a slight lack of attention to detail. There was some rubbish in the corridor and it was still there 3 days later. When I got a table in the restaurant I was put on a table with no serviettes or cutlery. In the end I had to take the ones from a nearby table. The buffet breakfast and evening meals were very reminiscent of an all inclusive resort. Also its location is a bit too far away from the town to be able to walk to the local restaurants "

"Excelente serviço e atendimento, equipe muito bem treinada, instalações bem cuidadas e bonitas, tudo muito organizado e limpo, e a decoração é linda. A equipe de safári é ótima, abrange em uma area enorme, umas das melhores da região para ver animais. Refeiçoes e bebidas de excelente qualidade, jantar a la carte sofisticado. O Boma foi bom, ótimas carnes no fogo, porém faltou uma decoração, a música, a representação da cultura local. Teria criado uma experiência especial. O Kapama poderia fazer...

"Simplesmente, adorei! No inicio fiquei com receio por ser uma cidade muito pequena, que passei para descansar. Mas superou todas as minhas expectativas, atendimento maravilhoso, pessoas simpaticas te atendem super bem. Jantamos também no local, comidas maravilhosas, também fomos muito bem recebidos. Falando dos quartos ... muito espaçosos, vista maravilhosa! "
