"The bathroom was half clean, I couldn’t enjoy the sunshine in the morning because the shade was broken it wouldn’t go up. Also when I arrived there were two staff members that was at the desk one was being trained. But a third person came up while I was finishing up and didn’t say anything no hi how are you or nothing. I thought that was rude. I’ll find other accommodation next time I don’t take being rude lightly. For the price I paid for one night I would’ve expected top tier service."

"06/07 Check in and out Our check in lady was great and on point from the time we came til she left. I hate I didn’t get her name. We came out of town to do a pool party for my Daughter who turned 13 and it was a success. Housekeeping could have been better the bathroom was no all that clean and the carpet felt really dirty. Then the next take the breakfast person did not show for work so I assume the front desk had to make things work. She was Very rude and not polite at all. Also I don’t believe she took it in consideration that everyone can’t drink milk because it was nothing to drink but Old coffee and tea. It was way too many kids there. She didn’t even make the waffle batter which most kids like."

"Staff were excellent! Every employee we interacted with was great. From check-in, pool attendants, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. We chose the Sheraton Flowood for the pool and lazy river. We where a little disappointed. We are from the Austin, Texas area and have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa several times. We thought that the Flowood would have a similar layout. It does not. The lazy river pool are very small. Also different sized tubes would be a very good idea. Smaller children can not use the tubes that are supplied. Watch slightly older children (not teens) get bored very quickly."
